Sr. Research Scientist Enabling Technology for Health and Wellbeing at Work.

Since 2000 I am employed at TNO. As a senior scientist my activities include projects for national and international clients in the area of workplace optimization and evaluation, physical and psychosocial workload and man-machine interaction.

Within the Department Sustainable Productivity I am manager of the research and consultancy team Work Place Innovation & Design. The aim of this team is to create workplaces that improve efficiency and human performance, based on scientific research in combination with end-user opinions.
