The call for the 2014 Individual Fellowships, under the Marie Skłowdowska-Curie Actions, has been published by the EC. Under Horizon 2020, the scheme now consists of two strands: European Fellowships and Global Fellowships.

The overall budget for the 2014 call is €240 million and the deadline for applications is 11 September 2014.

The Individual Fellowships fund researchers for 1 to 2 years in either a different European country to their place of residence; or in a country outside Europe.

The scheme also supports the return and reintegration of researchers from outside Europe who have previously worked here. The scheme is especially interesting for inviting fellow researchers to work at the University of Amsterdam.
